Adam Wallace
Adam Wallace has owned and operated Gill’s Automotive in Sterling, VA since 1987. Over the past 23 years, he has established a reputation as one of the best auto repair shops in the Northern Virginia area, earning the title “Best of Northern Virginia” in 2008. Adam was the youngest dealer in the history of Amoco’s Baltimore district. He provides a state-of-the-art facility for his managers and mechanics to provide customers with consistent, on time, and satisfactory service of their automobiles. Adam strongly believes in service that exceeds each customer’s expectations. Outside of work, Adam enjoys golf, fishing, travelling and spending time with his 3 grown children.
Joe Durso
Service Manager Joe Durso has been with Gill’s Automotive since the late 1980’s. Joe manages the various day-to-day operations at Gill’s which includes planning, scheduling, assigning, and directing work; pricing the repairs of autos, and ensuring a safe, clean working environment. Joe attends workshops and classes at ATI Institute in Baltimore to keep current with today’s automotive industry. When not keeping customers satisfied at Gill’s, he enjoys gardening, fishing, and spending time on his boat in New Hampshire. Joe lives in Loudoun County and has a daughter currently attending college.
Barry Buchman
Service Manager Barry Buchman has been with Gill’s Automotive since the mid-1970’s. Barry manages the service department by effectively scheduling technicians and service appointments. He uses his extensive automotive knowledge to ensure that all vehicles are repaired to the highest standards possible, and understands the complete range of auto maintenance and repair specialties. Barry also attends workshops and classes at ATI Institute in Baltimore to keep skills current in today’s automotive industry. Outside of Gill’s, Barry enjoys fishing, golfing, Nascar and is a master griller for his many friends and family. He grew up in Loudoun County where he still resides and enjoys spending time with his two sons and grandchildren.
Dave Jones
ASE Master Technician Dave Jones has been in the automotive industry for 25 years, and with Gill’s Automotive for 7 years. He enjoys hunting, fishing, Washington Capital’s hockey, and Washington Redskin’s football. Dave lives in Loudoun County with his wife and young son.
Darryl Curtis
Darryl Curtis is the Virginia State and Emissions Inspector at Gill’s Automotive and has been in the automotive industry for 25 years. He enjoys playing drums in a band, gardening, and golfing. Darryl lives in Loudoun County, is married and has a daughter.
Josh Brumsted
ASE Master Technician Josh Brumsted has been in the automotive industry for 15 years, and with Gill’s Automotive for 3 years. He enjoys fishing, traveling, dogs, and spending time with his family. Josh lives in Loudoun County with his wife and two children.
Michael Wallace
Michael Wallace is a general service technician at Gill’s Automotive. Michael grew up at Gill’s Automotive. He enjoys Washington Redskin’s football, fishing, sports car clubs, and cookouts. Michael currently lives in Loudoun County and will be taking a leave of absence to attend automotive college.
