I recently took my car to Gill's Automotive to have the brake rotors replaced, and I could not be more impressed with the service. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. Their turnaround time was incredibly fast, but what stood out to me the most was Adam’s professionalism, courtesy, and honesty. What I appreciated above all else was the complete lack of upselling. I explicitly asked them to inspect the car for any other potential issues while they had it. Instead of inventing a list of unnecessary repairs, they came back to me completely honest: "The car is in good shape and everything seems to be working as it should." It is rare to find an auto shop with that level of integrity. After this experience, I can confidently say I have finally found my permanent car maintenance and repair shop. I highly recommend Gill's Automotive for all your car repair needs!
