Have used Gill's for years. They always give me great service and are very friendly and courteous. Their work is excellent. I would recommend them to everyone.

I recently took my car to Gill’s for an oil change. As always, the service was great. I was in and out of there in a very timely manner, and I am happy with the service I received.

21 yr old Highlander neeed both Virginia inspections. Plus a Ck engine & VSC lights on the dash. They fixed both error codes on my Highlander. Did the inspections & I was good to go. Great service, competent employees, reasonable price for service.

I was looking for a trust worthy auto repair business when I found Gill’s Automotive. The reviews were very good and I read through a lot of them to make sure it wasn’t a bunch of fake reviews. They really are true and Gill’s is honestly the best auto repair business I have ever had my vehicle too, and I am 67 years old so that has been a lot of years trying to find a reputable business. The owners are very nice and all the mechanics seem to be great too. I am completely happy with the work and pricing that I have had done and I can truly say that I am completely comfortable with any work that will ever need to be done on my vehicles. They will not do repairs that are not necessary and will not charge crazy amounts for the work that they do.

I’m so glad I found Gill’s Automotive! This shop is professional and operates with integrity. I have no plans to venture out for another maintenance/repair shop. When you find a quality service run by great people you stay put! We have a 2014 Sienna and 2015 Altima. We’ll only bring our cars to Gill’s if we can help it.

The worst service I have ever had. Under an Avis recovery policy they were contacted to recover my broken down rental vehicle. I sm from the UK use a UK mobile eith a UK mobile number. Gills are not allowed to call internationally so were unable to call me so self cancelled the job. I was abandoned in a strip mall, in the heat with no assistance coming. Avis were no better

Adam runs a top-notch business. He is honest as the day is long, and customer service is a top priority to him. If you are looking for integrity, then Gill's is the place to go!!

I went to Gill's at the recommendation of my local Facebook community group. Both Barbara and Adam were fantastic! I needed an oil change and was having an issue with one of my tires constantly needing to be filled with air. Turns out the tire had picked up THREE nails and needed to be patched. Not only did they do both of these things quickly and correctly (to my limited knowledge) but there was no attempt to sell me unnecessary services (looking at you, Toyota dealer). Adam suggested that I actually take the tire back to Costco because they'd perform the service for free. It was too much of a hassle to do that so I just had Gill's repair the tire, which they did quickly and inexpensively. I had a lot of errands to run the day of my appointment, so I borrowed their loaner car. While the car was older, it was in very good condition. Best of all, the loaner was FREE! I will definitely be back for all of my future car service needs. Thanks Adam, Barbara, and everyone at Gill's!
