Adam and his staff at Gill's are a rare commodity in the automotive repair & maintenance business. They are honest. They give you a thoroughly researched assessment of your mechanical issue. You're then provided an estimate and advised on the practicality of addressing the issue. I've lived in the area for 3 years and had not-so-great dealings with other automotive service providers. I've taken 2 of my cars to Gill's recently and I'm comfortable in saying that I will be doing business with Gill's for as long as I'm in the area. They never try to upsell me on repairs, and only recommend immediate service on something that is a safety issue or that can cause additional future damage. If there are future repairs that they recommend but not needed to be completed immediately, they keep meticulous notes in my account for future visits.
