Just started going to Gill's after needing an inspection. I had no idea this place was here or that it used to be Gill's on Rte 7 at the Reston light. Very friendly folks who seem very honest about the way they do business. I will be using them for my service needs from now on. Cheers Gill's!

I am so happy to have found Gill's! I went from a $2,230 estimate at a different location to getting a $507 work done with a break light replacement thrown in, no charge! This is a place you can count on for great service and above all, honesty, something that can be hard to come by in this business. I will be a regular customer here without a doubt. Everything was done in such an efficient and timely manner too. Solid know-how with honest pricing, you can't get better!

I take my car to Gills because they are friendly, professional and have always been honest when discussing labor and procedures needed or not needed which some places will neglect to do and gouge you. I do not get that at Gills which is a quality family owned service center. I enjoy their professionalism and the fact they seem to always appreciate your business no matter how busy they seem.

Awesome spot. I get my inspections there all the time. Last night, though, my windshield wiper blade flew off on 267. I called this morning, ran over by lunch time and they popped it on in about five minutes! Way to go, Gill's!

Honest and always very helpful. Prices are fair, and you really get good service. Adam and the others are always very nice and helpful. They help you really understand the problem and weigh the tradeoffs of repairs vs getting away with a cheaper alternative. I try to make my cars last and having an honest opinion is invaluable. I've had many experiences with other shops that seem to be milking money out of every repair, or even performing work without consent, but the difference at Gill's is night and day. Gill's has fair prices and treats their customers with coupons and discounts. You can't put a price tag on honesty which is worth every penny.

Couldn't ask for more from my automotive professionals. Honest, Reliable and Value Driven -- they understand their customers' needs and provide excellent service! I have used other shops in the past, and they all seem to want to sell much more than needed -- I can count on Gill's to have integrity that is rare to find in most shops these days.
