Owner Adam runs an excellent shop. I have been coming here for years, and trust these guys to be upfront and honest with me about what needs to be done, and to do it well for a fair price. However, sometimes the measure of a service business is not only how they do things right, but how they fix things when something goes wrong. In my latest visit to the shop, I mentioned to Adam that the windshield wiper blades they had installed 2 months ago were terribly streaky. He took my word for the issue, and replaced the wiper blades at no additional cost to me, even though he used an upgraded blade. This attention to customer satisfaction is why I will keep coming back to Gill's.

When my husband went there to get the flat tire checked out, all of the mechanics kindly helped him. They checked out the flat tire at no cost and found the reason for the issue. Excellent customer service! Highly recommended.
