I just moved here from out of state and it's hard enough being new to a state with no friends or family to help out. then add in trying to find an honest mechanic. I relied on the recommendations here and they were 100% correct. Gills was friendly, professional, and clean- which is huge when you have to wait while they work on your car! and they were fast as well, I was in and out in just a few minutes. I am also really impressed with their website and their use of technology. They have a customer feedback survey and an online booking tool. For someone as busy as I am it means a lot that they try and make things convenient for their customers. I will visit them again, and I would certainly recommend them!

Have been using Gill's Automotive for years now and have had nothing but great experiences. Very professional service. Always get prompt calls before work is started. Estimates are always accurate. Friendly staff. They have a great customer rewards program, we saved $60 on last service, they except the money off coupons even if expired. The shop is located just south of the Dulles town center within an industrial style area. Would recommend.
